How to Write an Essay Topic and Answers

How to Write an Essay Topic and AnswersWriting a thesis or essay is challenging and writing a FICTION, or the FAITH of others in the book is even more challenging. It's often difficult to determine the character of the narrator, the audience for the story, the protagonist, the hero, the antagonist, the morals and the inconsistencies of the story. This article will discuss the things you need to consider when creating a FICTION essay.A character is the most crucial element in a story, especially in a FICTION essay, because that character determines the message of the story. If the characters in the story are one-dimensional then the message of the story may not be strong enough to change peoples' lives for the better.Real people in real life have both good and bad points. It is up to the writer to determine which way the story will go, the difference being whether it's positive or negative. The character that you choose to portray should reflect your own personal experiences, aspirati ons, beliefs, hopes and dreams. The information in a FICTION essay has to flow smoothly and bring the reader to the conclusion you want them to reach. Many novels, whether they are fictional or true, have lengthy passages with textual details. Make sure you have sufficient room to pass along the information you need, not to mention that these details can be confusing and take away from the message of the essay. If you are a writer, then you might want to know how to construct an essay topic and answers. This section will help you determine the best topic for your FICTION essay. You should include the following information on the essay topics and answers that you determine:Character of the character - How does the character you're portraying live? Why is he or she the way that they are? These are some of the questions that you need to answer in order to make a compelling FICTION essay.Overall meaning of the essay - Are you writing about the fault in our stars? What do you hope to accom plish with this FICTION essay? What kind of person are you and how does the FICTION essay apply to you?Your essay topics and answers should be clear and concise. It should be easy to understand and remember. Remember that you are not writing for a class assignment. You are writing for yourself, your friends, your classmates, and the whole world to read.

McKenzie Journey Essays (311 words) - Actuarial Science,

McKenzie Journey 3 June 17 Summary Response 3 Bockoven Summary Response In Monica Potts essay, "What's Killing Poor White Women?" she explains the shocking decline of death rates happening all around us. Potts tells us a story of a women named Crystal Wilson, who died in her sleep at just 38 years old. Potts uses Wilson's story to justify the mystery of declining life expectancy in poor white women. Potts expressed that white women who don't graduate from high school have a life expectancy that has declined rapidly over the past 18 years. These women now are expected to die five years sooner than the generation before them. Lack of education, medical care, good wages, and healthy food is killing off these poor white women. A woman's life expectancy has fallen from nearly 79 to 73 years old, which implies that more and more women are dying in their twenties, thirties, and forties than ever before. A five year drop in life expectancy over the course of 20 years is disturbing for both its swiftness and its magnitude. Potts argues that white women in some so cieties are frequently starved for education, opportunity, and socialsupport. After reading this essay it has alarmed me. Not only are white women dying early, there life expectancy is dramatically decreasing with every early death. Most women in our society have a good source of food and education but not everyone does. Those women who don't have good connections to the world around them are automatically dying off and that is very tragic to say the least. With these women dying off there seems to be nothing you can do about it. These women need access to education, food, health care, and many other things that they don't have money for. Hearing this essay makes me cringe at the thought our society lets people dye off way too young.

CNC fundamentals essays

CNC fundamentals essays 10 Improvements to the Process 13 PART 1: SINGLE COMPONENT MANUFACTURE The aim of this work is to provide an understanding of the principles in manual part programming, with the use of a state of the art CBC vertical machining centre, together with process planning and machine selection for different components. In order to fulfil this aim, it was necessary to carry out various tasks, including process planning and part programming, as well as spotting any errors prior to machining. The first task involved producing only one component, using the Denford Triac Fanuc machine, located in the Wolfson School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory. The aim of this task was to develop part programming skills, and to give a contrast in manufacturing techniques when compared to tasks two and three. The second task was to plan the process for producing 100,000 of this component every year, which is approximately 25 components per hour . This task gives the student an idea of the economics involved in long run manufacture, and how it compares to the single component manufacture, as described in task 1. The third task in this assignment was to plan the process for a short rung of multi-faced components, including setting up the machine and a discussion of the fixturing and tooling involved. In order to make this coursework economic and relevant, the component part program was written as if the part were to be manufactured in aluminium, but it was actually manufactured in resin. This was also necessary to avoid any damage to tools: the students involved in this assignment were inexperienced in this field, therefore programming errors were likely. A diagram of the part to be manufactured can be found overleaf (figure 2). In order to begin the planning, it was necessary to decide which tools had to be used. The tool list was as follows: Due to the geometry of the part,...

Human Resources Management Assignment Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1500 words

Human Resources Management - Assignment Example HRM is said to have evolved from personnel management and very little difference exists between the two as explained in literature; Hendry and Pettigrew viewed HRM as a different perspective of personnel management. However, a thorough study reveals that HRM essentially deals with strategic integration of personnel management functions in order to instil better accountability and ownership of human resources and to improve commitment between human resources and the firm. Personnel management can be traced back to industrial revolution, in firms such as Ford, which has eventually evolved to HRM even in these firms. Both, Tesco and McDonald’s operate as retail outlets and provide different services to their customers across the globe; while Tesco is a large supermarket with its major presence in the UK, McDonald’s is a fast-food restaurant operating throughout the world. Primarily, the functions of HRM include HR planning and acquisition, compensation and benefits, employ ee relations, safe working conditions, and human resources development; HRM’s secondary functions involve supportive activities such as job designing, performance management and performance appraisal systems, and research and information activities. (Sims, RR & Sims, SJ, 2007). For instance, at McDonald’s, HRM functions include activities related to maintaining employee relations and managing technology and processes; however, McDonald’s has customized these functions according to the country they operate through a team of HR directors that travel around the world to formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that match the local requirements and conform to legislation (Sims, 2002). Observations show McDonald’s typically comprises of working crew, supervisors/managers and probably some back-office personnel that work at locations other than their outlets. According to their website, HR function at McDonald’s focuses on acquiring and develop ing best talent suitable to their business through strong practices and by providing constant support and learning opportunities. Their main functions include job analysis, HR planning, recruitment, development, performance appraisal, and compensation (HRMS, n.d). Their corporate strategy is to provide an exceptional customer experience through people, products, place, price and promotion (Mission & Values, n.d). Their first step towards this is to hire the right people for the job followed by training and development. Tesco’s HR function takes credit for its diversified businesses and substantial growth (MacLachlan, 2009). According to MacLachlan’s (2009) report, their HR team was able to successfully blend technical excellence and expertise with customer needs through integrity, which led to their growth. Tesco’s business policies and procedures are strategically aligned to its core mission through identification of leaders, commitment, training and developmen t. Their HR function is involved in almost every aspect of these activities in order to achieve the desired outcomes. Considering the line managers’ perspective, generally, they own the responsibility of conducting business with the help of frontline staff. They manage routine business operations through planning, organising and controlling; and developing human resources through training,
